2 /5 Terra R: Stopped by to have links taken out of a watch that I had just purchased from Coach. The wife asked me to put the watch on to see how many links I needed removed. It was very big at first. She asked me " Are you sure this is your watch?" I replied " Yes, I just purchased it from Coach and thats why Im here to get it fitted." She probably was joking but I didnt like her tone. It made me feel like she was insinuating that I stole the watch. Not a very friendly remark for a company thats trying to gain my business. The watch fits perfectly now, but I wont be returning.
