She delivered a personal approach that is out of this world and made us thankful that we purchased from Kay Jewelers. She even stayed after hours to ensure that we were totally satisfied. Thanks Kay! Brent Troyer These folks did an awesome job resetting a small diamond and resizing a ring for me. Its a daily wear piece that I inherited from my grandfather upon his passing 15 years ago. Because it holds significant emotional value, I didnt want to take it just anywhere. Aside from their convenient location, after meeting the family that owns and runs the business I immediately felt at ease.
