Monica took her time getting everything we needed to take care of completed. She was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, understanding, and truly amazing.
The branch manager and other staff members are also amazing. The people we spoke to before our appointment with Monica were as friendly, and knowledgeable as she is.
My overall experience at this bank has been amazing and I highly recommend this branch.
