Jesus Christ After the passing of my father we tried to close out his accounts with the Rossville branch. We were given the run around even though we had all the paperwork. Forced to open two more accounts just to close out one. After months and another 8hr trip to go back to the bank we decided to go to a different branch. Brittany at the Ringgold branch took care of us in record time and we were on our way without hassle. A few hrs later at the bank closing time she called us to let us know there was another account that had been missed. She promptly made every effort to accommodate us while we were still in town. She not only deserves a raise. She should be be the bank training agent on how to conduct customer service!!!

Even while we waiting to be served she was asking others how she could help. She was very patient as or matters took awhile.
MS. Jackson exemplifies what customer service should be. If you are headed to this branch I would highly recommend asking for her.
