5 /5 Jamie Whitaker: My Mother was With Nationwide for several years and Her Driving Record is Perfect and she has never had a ticket or a wreck and Nationwide was never asked for anything for any reason including Roadside assistance. Mom Paid I think it was $150+ a month for Liability+ Roadside assistance and So Nationwide sends a letter saying they will not be renewing her Policy and Thank Goodness this happened because Steve at Progressive Saved My Mother over $80 A month!!! Over Half what she was paying at Nationwide. So, I Highly along with Mom suggest if you need insurance or wanna check for lower costs give Steve a Call and You will be treated like Family not Just another Customer. Thanks so much Steve for looking out for My Mother!!!

5 /5 Chancellor Caldwell: I had a wonderful experience working with Nina, she helped me when my insurance went up $150 a month when it renewed. I called nationwide immediately. The support center was not much help just telling me that is what it will be for the coming months so they told me to contact my agent. When I called Nina she could not even find my account because for some reason it was in my sisters name. She worked with me for hours over the span of 3 days to get my insurance corrected. She was always very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. She would let me call her over my lunch breaks at work to discuss the matter and would always be very patient with me. She helped get that $150 extra a month off of my account and I was extremely pleased by this. Highly recommend doing business with Nina!
