5 /5 Krisann Chancey: I came in at the last minute before work to cash in my emergency change at the coin machine and deposit the money to pay my car payment because I came up short. I went inside to find the coin machine was down. I panicked and left not knowing what to do. I thought I could at least go in and ask to see if they could still help me, but I didnt really expect a good answer. I went in and said Im sorry I need to deposit this change so that I can pay my car payment. Mrs. Angela hurried and got some change rollers and met me in the lobby! Mrs. Gracie kindly joined in to help sort and count my change. I was so overwhelmed by this kindness. They could have easily said no, were sorry. What an amazing act of kindness! What amazing hearts!

1 /5 Steve Young: Poor customer service when I opened my account 2 months ago.Rep acted like I was unwelcome and an inconvenience! On 9-20-18 went to use the ATM for the first time. It took 5 trys to get money.. Keep saying remove card. I called the bank mgr yesterday about the problem. She said she hasnt had other complaints and that I should come up there and walk out to the ATM with her! I am a retired engineer and dont need instruction on using a debit card. Jesus! She would not report the problem or go use her own card to see for herself. Im glad my main bank United Community for 30 years has the best mgrs and fantastic customer service!
