1 /5 Angelina Barber: Absolutely ridiculous how the new CEO deals with fraudulent charges. Over a thousand dollars out of an account and they absolutely refused to even file a dispute because the charges were transferred to random peoples cash app. They claim because a debit card at one point was connected to cash app that someone stealing $1,325 from a persons account is the customers fault. The card numbers could have been stolen from any where. There are no transitions on the cash app account associated with the customer. Very rude when speaking to the customers who has been banking there for over 10 years and showed a lot of lack of empathy for people who just had over a thousand dollars stolen from them. No alert was even given that someone maybe potentially stealing from them. I understand why reviews have gone down hill since Darsey has been involved.
