Ed Forrest There is an old saying: "Top Notch". Thats the experience my wife and I have had with Bruce Alden. "Thoughtful", "Compassionate", "Trustworthy" are only a few words. We had had a rough time...and he clearly walked us through the options. No pressure. No commission...pressure. Yes, there is a fee, but seems to us to be worth the price. August-2016
Jermaine Peters Nice professional people. They are open 24 hours except on Sundays and some Saturdays. That matters because of limited space. If you show up before 0630 on those days you may have to leave and return. The shipping office isnt open. They dont have enough space for trucks to line up and wait. And they dont want them on the street.
Asper The Virgo This is my first time here at AMG and the dealer man James was a really sweet heart. During the paperwork and getting my insurance and everything together. He waited patiently till I had all my payments in line as well as keep having comfortable conversations to help me not get too stressed over everything.
Mark Smith I will echo Kelvins experience. I have both business and personal accounts with Truist so I am in the Powers Ferry Branch frequently. With rare exception, the experience is painfully slow. I always feel particularly sorry for the cars that are in the drive-thru. Over the years, the operational performance has been in steady decline. Its not the tellers, as they are usually personable and helpful; but theres never sufficient staff to manage the customer workload. I have literally seen one teller trying to handle both the drive-thru and the counter at lunch time. I havent seen more than two tellers in a very long time. My advice is if there are more than four people in line, you should save yourself the frustration and come back later.
