I feel like I have asked him to do everything and he doesnt seem to mind at all. He seems to actually enjoy helping my husband and me. Keep up the good work! Thanks

1 /5 Dom: Edit to my review: changing it from a 5 star to a 1 star. Banked with them for a while. Changed my direct deposit from them, because if youre a person like me who works late shifts and gets off close to midnight, Im sure you be wanting to grab a late night snack before heading home. There were times where when I got off close to midnight and tried to look into my account to see how much I have to spare to buy something to snack on, BOOM, the account balance doesnt show because theyre under "routine maintenance." Ridiculous!!! It doesnt happen once, twice, or three times... its excessively overwhelming the amounts of times they went through that in a course of 1 week. They also charge you for not using your account as in having direct deposit coming in constantly. Their fees are ridiculously high. If you can bank somewhere else, PLEASE DO.

1 /5 Chris Nave: This branch was unable to cash a check that was issued by PNC due to insufficient funds at this location. PNC would have charged 2% of the total amount since I was not member even though it was a check that they issued. Good to know I’ll never do business with PNC.
