Keenan Hitchens I only visit the Chapel Hill Road branch of Delta Community Credit Union three to four times a year, but every visit feels like I’m coming home. From the moment I walk in, the environment is welcoming, calm, and professional. Whether I’m here for routine transactions or more complex questions, I always feel at ease knowing I’m in good hands. In April, Joan helped me with a routine transaction—getting tip money for an upcoming trip—and she handled everything so professionally and with genuine friendliness that the process felt effortless. Then in July, Camdyn greeted me, anticipated my needs, and handled my request with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile. Both experiences were nothing short of phenomenal. McCall Grosso I’d like to extend my gratitude to Kerlyne and her team at the Jefferson branch. I came in to request more information for an auto loan on a Friday afternoon, and Kerlyne immediately jumped into action to help me secure the vehicle of my dreams by ensuring that we got everything in place for the loan to be processed before the team left on Friday afternoon, even staying until almost 6 o’clock processing all paperwork. In addition to staying late, she proactively called the dealership I was working with multiple times on my behalf to ensure that they would hold the vehicle for me, even when said dealership was less than pleasant to work with.
