1 /5 Charlotte Kia: We had a loan here a couple of years ago that my husband paid religiously. We now was wanting to apply for another, hes called 3 times and they promised to call back, she didnt. He called this am and she said call back in 20 min. Now no answer. What a shoddy way to do business. Ill be sure to tell my friends to go elsewhere.

1 /5 Timmy Besancenez: Totally disrespected , I over paid the payoff and they refused payment because the can not make change or issue a difference check. I even went as far as to say that they could keep the difference . Then I was talked to like I am a child about how it was my responsibility to get a payoff that was less. Then wanted payment after refusing my check. Very disappointed and confused , I have never heard of a bank or lender refusing money.

1 /5 Elizabeth Porter: WORST COMPANY EVER!!! BEEN CALLING AND DOING MY APPLICATION SINCE 10. I understand that people are busy and people come in and out. However, to be nasty and inconvenient it’s not worth it. Don’t go here you’ll waste your time. I legit wasted a whole day waiting on an approval. Other loan companies I have dealt with such as Security finance, American financial services are way better. Don’t waste your time! Then i hear 3 different stories within 8 hours! No keep your sorry business!

I called to pay my loan off ahead of time and could hear o e of the other girls in the back say " Tell her to just make that monthly payment , in case she needs that money later. " Im 35 years old i dont need people talking down to me like a child when im trying to pay my debts. This isnt the first time theyve been rude. When i got the loan i wittnessed them treat a male custmer the same way.

1 /5 912 Gaming: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! As a first timer, uhhh NO! Dont go here! Id drive a hour for another loan agency before I recommend this place. & Dont ask no questions or youll get hung up on or theyll just start talking to you like as if you were dog manure to make you want to hang up.
