5 /5 Elizabeth: I had a great experience today with Ms Donecia Henderson. She helped my husband and I navigate through opening a joint bank account. It went smooth and she was very patient, kind and helpful. Thank you Ms Henderson!!

2 /5 Divine Links: Nicole Cersese or whatever her name is. SHE needs more training. I feel that she purposely tried to make me wait. Get a better staff. She really put a bad taste in my mouth about pnc. I lived in union city where they always took care of me. The only reason I gave this branch a 2 star because Olivia saved the day. OLIVIA actually deserves 5 stars.

1 /5 Whitney Blanks: There is a teller by the name of Andrea who’s extremely lazy in a sense where she doesn’t like to count cash. She acts like using a money counter is just the hardest part of her day and will put your money in a machine that she can’t open to get your money back if HER count is off. Then you’ll have to sit and wait for them to fix your deposit because she can’t fix it and she can’t get your money back out either. Leaving this review in the hopes that maybe she gets a little more training in how to use machines that she works with and understands DON’T DROP MONEY IN A MACHINE(that you can’t get money out of)WITHOUT VERIFYING IT WITH THE CUSTOMER FIRST!!
