However, at closing the 22% was bumped up to 36%. We have some credit problems, and we are 2 months ahead on repaying this loan. We were in a rush and proceeded. A number of calls to branch have been met with, well, I do not know the answer to that.$^$^&%*&. You will not be able to see a statement showing your payments and how they lower your balance owed. Must call and they will mail it. Mailed copy is great if you have a magnifying glass. Their folder has a big section about an awards program. Branch does not know about. trying to login is not easy, causing a call to the branch. Theres more but this is enough.
