He is always willing to go the extra mile and follow up with you to get you the best possible policy for your needs. We now are covered in case of any emergency and feel much better knowing our children will be OK if anything were to happen to us. The process was fantastic, we spoke with him and he was able to get all the information he needed from us with our conversations, and then a nurse who was very polite came to our home and did everything she needed to do in the comfort of our home. Then we didnt have anyone to watch our children and he was very welcoming to the kids and was just a great experience all around.
