5 /5 Faith Davis: Best place for all your insurance needs! The receptionist at the front desk, Margie, is the sweetest woman I know. Hands down best customer service. She always greets you with a smile and is always happy to help. Jesse has went above and beyond to help with our insurance policies and his efforts are greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this place!

In my 35 years of work experience, they are the best. The coverages are thoroughly reviewed every year to be sure that there are no coverage gaps. My agent, Kern Parks, and his staff are always very responsive and proactive. The best insurance experience and great service!

1 /5 Deborah Schimek: Norton was highly recommend but they failed I would have rated them a 0 but the option is not available. No customer service do not return phone calls . As an I dependent agent they work for the customer not the insurance company. They are supposed to look after their client. I had a $700.00 rate increase on my homeowners policy which I did not find out until my mortgage company performed annual escrow analysis. Norton should have called me notified of the increase and given me options as ways to decrease the premium. Instead of just collecting the commission on policy renewal. Wendy stated it was my fault of the increase because I had file a claim. Wendy left me a voicemail stating she had found something $120. Cheaper. “If you want it call me”. I found the exact same coverage for $675.00 cheaper. If I found it she should have found it. Now I am looking at a large increase in my mortgage payment while I’m on a fixed income SSI no apologies from Norton I was advised travelers should have told me of the increase not Norton. What is the job of an independent agent? I had an independent agent for 25 years in another state. Never ever would they have let this increase without notifying me and providing options. This agent seems to think her job ?? Not sure but definitely not looking out for the clients.
