Suzanna Allen Associated credit union is second to none. I was overwhelmed and impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Their ambiance there is very inviting and comfortable. And a special thanks to Ms Alette Battle. She was so professional and accommodating.

ShezGotHerOwn JP was awesome to work with! He was very responsive and answered all my questions. When working out the numbers he gave me different scenarios and together we were able to pick the best one. From the beginning he made the process so seamless. He knows his stuff and he came thru for me on closing day when my emails were not working. He texted me the forms I was able to close on time. I would definitely recommend JP to friends and family!! Laura Richardson Matt Chao is the best, he walked me and my partner through the process of buying a house and helped us figure out what we could afford, not just what we would qualify for. He answered all our questions (and found answers for the questions that fell outside his role as our mortgage broker) and was all-around encouraging. Naomi Harris I came in yesterday because a friend highly recommended that I filed my taxes with them. Ms. Ana was my tax preparer and she was incredibly helpful from start to finish! She explained everything in great details where I was able to comprehend why I was receiving my anticipated refund. They are very friendly, professional, respond to emails in a timely manner, and work fast. I would recommend to anyone in surrounding areas. Time and money well spent. CHECK THEM OUT!

Lesli Reed Leighanne worked with me for a car loan- she stayed in great communication with me throughout the process, and went the extra mile to make it happen quickly for us. She’s great! Janet and Erin both inconvenienced themselves to help us close the loan at a time that worked for us, and the other ladies were so helpful and friendly. We are big fans of this bank!

Wendy Kaye Dial Im sorry for this review. It was supposed to be on the Taco Bell in Summerville not on the bank. The dining area wasnt very clean. There was visible dirt and mud on the floor. The workers seemed a bit shady for some reason. The Nacho Fries were cold.
