1 /5 Dennise Collum: My Uncle has been there 40 years and he is unable to leave our home. Hes 425 lbs and 80 years old. He needs help with the online banking and he told them I was helping him. The lady at the bank . ( Greta maybe ). Canceled his online banking and refuses reopen it. The bank will only speak to him and he has to go in now. Although he is not able to and they won’t let anyone else even pick his checks up for him. It’s a disappointment to him bc he’s been there to long. He has been treated so unfair.

1 /5 Mr. Nate: Google says drive thru closes at 6. Main entrance says drive thru closes at 6. They are either liars or lazy. Thanks for wasting my time jerk wads. Came back Saturday to cash my check, sign by door said main lobby closes at 12. Doors locked. Drive thru wouldnt cash my check. Just posting your hours accurately wouldve really help me from being screwed over.

5 /5 Debbie Chastain: Best bank in town. Many times we have tried to accomplish business at other large banks with no help at all. Newton Federal has always went above and beyond. The people there are great.

1 /5 Essie perez: This bank used to be nice. The Teller lead is very rude! If you’re Hispanic or other than yt don’t waste your time coming here. I had all forms of ID, and my check was verificable, but was LIED to about Policy and said they don’t cash checks for the bank that appears on the check I brought in. They indeed lied because I called the bank that appeared on the check and was told this was the only bank I could go in person to that would cash my check because they’re affiliated. I hope this bank company sees this and gets their employees on check and have them stop saying lies.
