Neighbors Express - Millen (GA)

Gabriel Thomas I hate having to do this, especially since my issue is with Truist. They just changed names this weekend, 2/18. I come the following Tuesday, today, and attempt to cash my check as I have done for about 3 years. Never an issue. Until the merger. Suddenly they cant explain why i, a customer of SunTrust for over 15 years, and 5 years at this particular location, am unable to cash my check with my ID and debit card. No explanation? For a customer of almost 2 decades. What a great way to start off a new bank. It seems they cleared out the old crew, so anyone I speak with is going to be brand new. Its pretty disappointing and annoying. I mean, is it impossible to check the account for funds, like has always been done? Weird, how with the implementation of better tech, somehow they lack services they had before.

Everyone there has always made us feel welcomed, and genuinely happy to see us anytime we have visited the branch at the Trinity Place office in Athens GA.

Steven Lauder Lee is absolutely amazing! I had so many issues with my previous accountant and was never able to get in touch with them or get straight answers. I switched over to Cleghorn Financial and Lee has been so thorough and helpful correcting everything and getting it organized. They are always available to answer any questions and truly know the tax code inside and out. They put a personal touch on accounting and I feel secure knowing my taxes are done right and Its saving money!
