1 /5 William York: We went in this being our second visit to set up an account and on our first visit we had recently changed addresses, so we had to bring back our lease agreement, they tried to take our check saying that they’d hold it until we set up the account we said no and left but the attitude the manager gave us seemed a bit aggressive trying to have us do a deposit and other factors when we told them multiple times we will come back after updating our IDs. Fast forward to today we bring our lease agreement my new updated id my fiancé had her old id because they shredded her new one at the doctors office said they could proceed but that we would have to mail in her new id and when I inquired as to why she shoved in our face that this is LGE not some Shirley rule, instead of explaining what that rule was now this was the second time I’ve been here and been talked down upon by this same manager so we up and left in the middle of trying to set up our joint account. Summary LGE great bank worked with them before in joint partnership through my other credit union, the manager of the canton branch pushy, rude, and entitled, will not be working with her.
