Angel Stephenson If you plan on going to get insurance I highly do not recommend this office. I have only been a poly holder through them for a short amount of time however everything started out great. Then when I had to add another person, they lied to me and said I could not add them. Not only that but for WEEKS now I have been calling their office and no one has answered the phone. I even called at different times of the day and on different days of the work week. Not one phone call back. After messages and phone calls, I even emailed multiple times and did not get a response back. I have since changed offices. If you want good insurance, try another office.

Kieron Barnes Any time I have had an issue with anything, I have always been greeted kindly and the issue was resolved that day and typically within less than half an hour. Their app is very self explanatory and tracking your driving is one of their specialties that gives you discounts. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good, reliable company to be insured with.

Taryn Patton Holly is great to work with. She’s helped me with health, liability, renters, auto, etc. When my insurance company lost their mind, she spent many hours working to resolve the problem. She will not let you fall to the wayside and has great customer service. 1000000000 stars if I could.

Dale Cantrell I have been with Mark for a couple years now and have not really needed help very often until recently. I called mark and told him what I was looking for and he had several ideas that he gave me in order to accomplish what I needed. I then needed a COI and Mark and Lisa were in it. I had my COI in a timely manner. Anytime I call them I feel like I am there only customer because they always have time for me and they are able to help me quickly. I highly recommend Mark and matrix insurance for your insurance needs. Keep up the good work. Y’all are awesome.
