I called mark and told him what I was looking for and he had several ideas that he gave me in order to accomplish what I needed. I then needed a COI and Mark and Lisa were in it. I had my COI in a timely manner. Anytime I call them I feel like I am there only customer because they always have time for me and they are able to help me quickly. I highly recommend Mark and matrix insurance for your insurance needs. Keep up the good work. Y’all are awesome.

Our family was in the middle of moving from MI, searching for a house, switching auto policy’s, and on top of all that 8 months into waiting for another little family member to join us. 1 /5 Tom Fletcher: If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute worst experience with an Insurance company. The insurance agent was quick to take my money without divulging critical information about the insurance I was purchasing. Also, when contacted about issues that arose, the agent lied and said he went over the information and told me all that would happen in the process, this is NOT the case as he was just covering himself. If I would have known the incredible problems this would cause I would not have purchased the insurance at that time. Be careful and ensure you get ALL the information on the process and procedures used when purchasing any insurance from this company!
