We had a different Allstate agent who never contacted us, never met with us, and didnt take the time to know our needs. Greg was available each day that we called. He is local and understands our specific area requirements. If you want an insurance agent who isnt in the business for the money, but to care for the things we work so hard to obtain and maintain - Greg is your guy!!

kari duffy I have been with Georgia Farm Bureau for 3 years and I never had a problem,not a huge problem anyways. I did call in a few times to get an understanding of why my rates were steadily increasing and all I kept being told was that it was "fees" but never a true breakdown, which was frustrating. I spoke with Michelle this morning and MANNNNNN SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!! She took the time out to research what all was going on ONE BY ONE and was even able to set me up on a package to help lower my monthly rate!!! SHE IS A BLESSING! Not only am I paying a lower rate now but I have more coverage than before! Im so excited! Like I said, shes awesome and she needs a raise :)
