1 /5 Nieka Lindsey: *Edit* As a person seeking home owners insurance coverage with this agency or Allstate, please do your due diligence when dealing with this agency and company. The Matt Green Agency sold a policy that should not have been written on a vacant home, even after they were provided communication stating such and continued to offer coverage. Had a break in and Allstate refused to cover the issue, directing me back to Matt Green Agency as it was their error in writing this policy. Evidently Allstate assumes that insureds are well versed in the intricacies of binding coverage for vacant properties in a trust and essentially said sorry not our problem, take it up with the agent, to which I still have not received a call back or email pertaining to their failure in writing this policy. They are still collecting a monthly premium on a useless policy by the way. I am not sure who actually manages the office as I was hearing from a different person than the original agent and up until a few months ago when they stopped responding. Knowing what I know now, I couldn’t place faith in agent or Allstate as they both epically failed in my eyes and tried to put the onus back on me as if I am the licensed agent who should have know better. Do your research!
