5 /5 Ken Quick: Ive been buying insurance for over 50 years, so Ive been a policyholder for several companies and have suffered introductory rates a few times along the way. (I/We also have a long claim-free history.) After receiving a great quote from Patrick Keplinger a few years ago, I switched all of my policies to American Family. My fears of first-year-prices never materialized and the rates have been fair and consistent for quite a while now. Every interaction has been surprisingly great and exactly what I wanted and needed. Even the cancelling of a policy due to a sale was handled wonderfully - with a larger-than-expected refund. Im glad I discovered Lee Dawkins American Family Insurance. You will be too.

5 /5 Mark Bradshaw: I just completed my annual comparison analysis for my auto, home and umbrella coverages and American Family Insurance came out on top again. I compared them to Allstate, Farmers, and State Farm. My AFI agent searches for every discount that he can find, and he has managed to keep my rates as low as possible and better than the competition. I have had no issues with AFI, and I trust them to continue to provide me with the best insurance bundle available. I would recommend this particular agency to anyone looking for superior insurance coverage.

1 /5 B. Clarissa Jones: If I could give them a zero I would. The worst experience Ive ever had with insurance. They have mistakenly applied my homeowners insurance to my car insurance and the home insurance got cancelled. Recently, they cancelled me for nonpayment and said that is was cancelled for nonpayment but they billed me for two weeks after the nonpayment. Now they say I owe the balance of $70 and have placed it on my credit report. I have reported it to the Insurance Commission because if you cancel insurance why would you then bill me for a partial month? Why not cancel it back to the last full month that was paid. When I called around to get other insurance, it went from $90 up to $150 to $200. The only reason it was cancelled is so that they could get a higher premium. The greed in this country is out of control.

5 /5 Margo Castronovo: Marley was great in getting our auto/RV policies set up. She also helped us with our home owners policy. Am very impressed with the way Lee came to our home and took pictures of our house for the policy. The last agent from another company never did that and assumed we lived in a real log cabin so we were overcharged on our home owners insurance.
