Ken Quick Ive been buying insurance for over 50 years, so Ive been a policyholder for several companies and have suffered introductory rates a few times along the way. (I/We also have a long claim-free history.) After receiving a great quote from Patrick Keplinger a few years ago, I switched all of my policies to American Family. My fears of first-year-prices never materialized and the rates have been fair and consistent for quite a while now. Every interaction has been surprisingly great and exactly what I wanted and needed.
