They have always made sure I had the highest coverage for the best price and would switch the insurance company to ensure that if the rates changed too drastically. Any time I have any questions or concerns, I always hear within a few hours (if not answered immediately). Being able to talk to an agent who remembers you, your policy, and your insured possessions is not something you can have with many insurance companies.
