Johnseed McDanieldude I maybe a little biased because I have known Gail and her family most my life. As us country folks say. they are "good people". Several years ago, Gail helped me get a policy for my place. I never thought I would have a claim but then came Helene. Countrywide and Gail were extremely responsive and helpful with my claim. In very short time, I had the claim entered and an adjuster on site. My claim was handed promptly and paid quickly. As far as insurance goes, I was treated fairly. I am thankful for a responsive agent in Gail, a fair and pleasant adjuster in Kent, and overall positive insurance claim. I will be going into year 4 with Countrywide this year.

He quickly provided all our Georgia and Tennessee insurance documents, including our new cards, binders, and declarations pages. What truly impressed us was his proactive advice on how to potentially waive a $25 insurance lapse fee by showing our TN auto declaration page. He even offered to send the documents directly to the Cobb County Tag Office to make our tag renewal easier. Yun Jang Im only sharing my doing business with them. Idky my phone is suggesting that I have been there recently. I have not. In dealing with this company, I have found it to be a great organization with great customer service. However, the rate climbed with no warning or explanation. Every month brought anxiety in preparation for the sticker shock. Not knowing what would appear after the make payment click. I have talked with several people who say the same, but with different companies. It appears to be just a pass the buck insurance thing. As if they dont already receive a premium. Prices just increase if someone has an accident in your area. Whether you knew about it or not. Its still passed on. Gone are the days of safe driver decreases. Doesnt matter. A nickel here, a dime there.
