2 /5 Anthonesha Hicks: I’m giving them two stars and not 0, for the two young ladies that are trying. I’m writing this review because I had a day with them yesterday then woke up to see that they charged my account For an amount that was not discussed. My overall experience with them was chaos. It started When I called to check a quote, I was told in order for them to give me an exact quote. I have to agree to Purchasing the insurance. I have never had that issue with any other insurance company when it came to receiving an exact quote so that was strange to me then I arrived there. I am assisted by someone who seems like they’re fairly new she was nice. I’m assuming someone who is the manager, the lady with the Dreads, makes a phone call to an account holder, and immediately her voice was loud when speaking to the customer very loud and aggressive from the time the customer answered the phone, her and the customer end up getting into a loud argument over the phone and slamming her fist on the table and mind you this is the manager. At this point, I’m ready to Get what I need and leave. Due to the manager having to leave, she stepped in to assist helping me I was told multiple times one price so with that being said, I paid, signed my papers and was happy to leave, but once checking my account, it was not the amount stated. But that’s my fault for leaving without checking paperwork because I was so ready to get out of there with all the chaos. I called the next day regarding the overcharge. All they could say is they apologize that I was told the wrong number but that’s what’s on the paper that I signed. I only transferred to the account I used for the purchase, what she asked me for, even the manager repeated the amount multiple times, but they still charged me a different amount. But I take a accountability for trying to rush out of there and not checking the paper. But please Watch them pay attention and read the papers they give you with the amounts on there, even if all hell breaks loose in there while you’re there because it’s a lot going on in there and it seems like their scamming. I’m gonna leave the photo section empty for now, but I have the video of the manager yelling at the customer as well if they try to say this isn’t true. If possible, just try a different location cause if I knew what I knew I would’ve did the same thing. Try a different location. I’m never going back there.
