Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, their customer service has been helpful and efficient. I feel confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Gerald Blalock: Terrible Terrible.... Manager was so rude and unprofessional...did paperwork took pictures I tried to pay with credit card...that wasnt enough she wanted the ATM card that I would be paying with every month...so I told her I would come in the next day....I get here ( Saturday) of course she doesnt work weekends...she failed to upload the picture or leave anything with the weekend personnel...they tried to call her she never picked up the phone...and then I was told that she didnt have pick up if didnt want to. I was not going to go home and drive my car again with no insurance... Just poor customer service

1 /5 Ambria Sawyer: Ok so I called to get a quote. They have the best quote I’ve heard that day . Went up there no mind you the contact I had to give them didn’t fit the requirements. So I went to the dealer and we changed it up . They still didn’t approve of it and couldn’t tell me why . The manager didn’t approve of it . So I’m like what are the requirements the young lady said she don’t know . So how do you know if it doesn’t fit or not . I never heard of a company that doesn’t to insure a vehicle. They didn’t want to work with me to resolve the issue . So by reading the reviews I can see why this is 2 star rating.

5 /5 Mekhi M: I came in an got a quote a few months ago and didn’t buy the insurance due to the car having trouble with it the lady Ambriana was very nice to me and told me to check back with her when i find a new one even gave me some suggestions on dealerships around the city i spoke with her again monday and got a new car and insurance with someone else due to other reasons but i highly recommend this place to others they are nice and affordable!

1 /5 Marshall DeAngelis: Sold me insurance that had two different collisions and comprehensive deductible. So Allan Vigil Ford/Lincoln Financial Department wouldnt let me take the car off the lot. She tried to warn me but didnt really stop me from spending a $580 deposit and when I asked about refunds she claimed itll take two weeks to get a mailed check after having the policy for 25 minutes top. Not a place to get decent or good insurance.
