5 /5 Arthur Merchant: I have always enjoyed doing business with this establishment. Yes the interest is higher than my bank by just a few points but I love the fact that I can visit their office monthly. Looking forward to getting back into my routine borrow money pay it back borrow more. Lol

2 /5 Mama Trish: Got an auto loan through them at an extremely high interest rate. 30 something percent. (Two months later, I got one through Hyundai at 8 percent. Go figure.) Paid them off after just having the loan two months later. They seemed agitated that I was playing the loan off, and they would not receive their interest. They tried to talk me into waiting to pay it off. After 3 months, I still hadnt received my title. Called them to find out why. They started oh we forgot to push the release button." I said that was concerning. She said, "Oh well, people make mistakes." They were rude to me about their mess up.

3 /5 Tiffany W: Ive learned to do business elsewhere as of today. Not professional and patient enough with clients. I was rushed off the phone with no extra advice or assistance. Plus, I have been with them for 2-3 years and it doesnt seem as if youll ever get done paying the loan off.

2 /5 Eric Ward: I received a call on the 26 of the month which I guess there was a mix up about my payment on the 10th the person stated they been trying to call me all month which they havent I never miss payment with them they was very rude and unprofessional
