5 /5 Katee Davis: By far the best loan company I’ve ever used. Mr. Brad and Ms. Lilly are amazing. Easiest loan closing process ever. I can’t say enough about them. I was in a hard place dealing with my horse I had for 23 years. Vet bills were racking up as I was trying to save him, in which the same time my car put me down and was in the shop. They done everything they could to help get me back on track, as well as get me funding to go towards the expenses I was paying out for last minute emergencies. And if that’s not good enough for you to understand how great they are I have more. While I was on the phone with Mr. Brad the day I called in about my payment I was so upset about my horse, my car and I was just having a very hard time. He understood, he listened to me, and he assured me he was going to do his best for me and he did. Today, being a month later, I called back about having issues setting up my online account and once we talked about it before I got off the phone, he said “Katee, one question before you go, how’s your horse?” I explained to him we ended up having to put him down etc etc, but he remembered. He remembered everything I had talked to him about the day I called, and he cared. That’s more to me than anything. It’s hard to find good people in a work place who worry more about their customers than a paycheck this day in time. Thank y’all for being the BEST.
