1 /5 larshay sharp: well, in 2022 I went to go do my taxes I received a letter in the mail from these tax repairs. Gary was the one that done my taxes. I dont know about anyone else when I left. The IRS sent me a bill for 10,000 or more dollars I dont know what happened, but I never in my life. I had to have them redone and he had so many mistakes. It seems like I was racially profiled the tax preparer that finished my taxes I had to redo them. Shes prepared everything correctly. but they initially called Gary to try to get him to come to the phone. He never did. They took several messages and I was supposed to get a call back in a couple of days to this day in 2025. Ive never heard from him again my new tax preparer said that how could he be able to put them in the way that he did and get some kind of generated number not unless he had connections inside the Irs. So Im glad that everyone had great service but I would never in my life. Refer someone to this place. It was a complete horror storythat I had to live for one year just a absolute mess for me. He was very very very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very unprofessional. Sometimes you have to put your beliefs aside to be good business people.

My mom also has her taxes done here as well. Excellent customer service. Very clean office. Always smells so good inside. I would definitely refer this company to get your taxes done with . ☺️

1 /5 Logan Peacock: If I could give 0 stars I would I dropped off my tax information for an amendment in February and its been 10 months and heard nothing from Cathy. My advice just go somewhere else.
