1 /5 Mark Madgwick: Shanika or Shaquita was incredibly rude. I was trying to ask general questions and she cut me off multiple times and told me that I can talk to corprate. Because she failed to listen she misunderstood that I was just trying to ask how the process works. I called at 5:15 they close at 5:30. I understand it was late but it doesn’t take long to explain the process. She said she was trying o argue with me and hung up. When I called again to ask for management assistance she claimed they weren’t their but then put me on the phone with one. I’ve never done a google review in my life so for the first time and this is what it ends up being. Worst customer service from someone I’ve ever talked to. McDonald’s did better than her customer service. Service like that makes you not want to do business. Call it a me problem but in the end that will cost their company money if they don’t train and discipline staff like that. Despite how difficult and rude you think a customer might be you kill them with kindness and definitely don’t hang up because your lack of maturity and handling your emotions.
