5 /5 ShaConda Smith: So, my chiropractor Dr. Linda Crawford is the one who recommend Dr. Sanford Hill to me when I got into my car accident. Im going to be honest, I never really had a situation where I had to obtain an attorney. So I wasnt sure what to expect. What I can tell you from the first day I spoke with him, that he was very determine to help me. I believe he was headed to court when I called, but he assured me that his wife would reach out to me soon. Mrs. Lisa Hill is his beautiful wife and when I say going the extra mile to help. I truly mean that, Mrs. Lisa actually came to my job I believe it was a day or two after I spoke with Mr. Sanford. The most wonderful spirited person you could ever meet. She made me feel like I can trust them. She was very patient with me although I was on my lunch. She explained everything that needed to be explained and what the next steps would be as far as Dr. Sanford reaching out to me. After, meeting Lisa my spirit told me that I was in very good hands.
As time went on, I honestly got to see how dedicated Dr. Hill and his office staff were in helping to resolve my case. Like I constantly had questions, so no matter how many times I called or emailed somebody was always their to assist me. One night I called his cell phone around 9:30pm or 10:00pm because I needed help filling out some paperwork. I attempted to apologize for calling so late, but Dr. Sanford was like I work for you so you can all me anytime. That right there lets you know I wasnt use to dealing with attorneys, but Im so grateful that he cared that much to remind me. (smiles) I knew at that point God had blessed me with a wonderful attorney, especially all that I had been through with my breast cancer.
Now, let me get to Mrs. Meredith she is his assistant at the law firm and she is so awesome. Just like Mrs. Lisa, she too has a beautiful spirit and a caring attitude. I really appreciated the quick response time to my emails and phone calls. His firm is like one big family. I will say Dr. Sanford Hill is very good at what he does and he will help just about anybody no matter your background. He knew how the accident affected me mentally. So, him and his wife would check on me just to make sure I was doing ok. That is something I still appreciate to this day. My very first experience having an attorney and it was a fantastic one. (smiles)
I believe Dr. Sanford, Mrs. Lisa and his staff was a blessing to me and yes I would recommend him and his firm to anybody who is looking for an attorney that is caring, loyal, and determine to go that extra mile to help them in any way he can.
