Ray Galloway I Highly Recommend Allen L. Lacey Jr. Attorney at Law! Mr. Lacey answered the phone by saying "This is Allen." WOW! What Attorney does that. He is friendly and well spoken. He is very knowledgeable and a great listener. These are attributes which are difficult to find in an Attorney. His Assistant, Kelly, is also people-friendly and a very skilled at her job.
