1 /5 J P: Called for a quote Oct 3rd. Nikki said shed get back to me shortly. No response after 7 days so I called back. Nikki advised that shes waiting on carrier responses and that she would be in touch within a few days but never called.
I called a third time and left a message on Oct 14th. Nikki returned the call and stated that she cannot find coverage because I had 3 claims. One of those claims was a theft that never happened, so I asked for more info. She said that shes still working on the quote but would send me the claim report so I could look into why theres a claim showing that doesnt belong to me.
Today is October 22nd and I have yet to receive the claim report or a call back. Lader Insurance Group has left me in the dark throughout the entire process. The worst part is that I have no answers with regard to a potentially fraudulent theft claim under my name.
RESPONSE TO OWNER PAUL:
Sorry, your response is unacceptable because this runs deeper than a simple coverage denial. Its Oct 30 and your office has not followed up as stated. I have not received a formal rejection and your office was supposed to look into the false claim on my record which most likely played a role in the rejection you speak of. I belive theres a bigger problem with your agency because a concerned owner would have contacted me given given this set of circumstances.
FINAL:
11/15--I think you might have editited your original response by softening it up at the end with a fake offer to speak with me, even though your company was supposed to call and never did. Unfortunately I cant prove this without a bigger investigation not worth my time.
In conclusion, I was able to secure great coverage through a well-known carrier for my Auto, Home and Rental property via an agent who actually cares. Best of luck to you.
