They were both responsive, knowledgeable, and did a great job being clear & communicative through the whole process. Im glad that a stressful situation wasnt made worse. In fact, it was actually able to be resolved faster than expected, which I attribute in part to the teams experience and clear communication. They helped me be submit correct & complete documentation, leading to minimal back and forth with the claims department, ultimately resulting in a quick resolution.

To keep it even more simple, every insurance policy I have is all combined through country financial now! They carry a number of my insurance policy and private policies and Ive always been out there taking care of my best interest they review my policies yearly to make sure that I have the proper coverage I needI would not recommend anybody other than FILKINSs culvert for your insurance needs their top-notch and Ive been with them for the last 15 years and never had a problem.
