Joseph DeBiasi I have never felt with such a place. They don’t answer phones or call you back. We as tax payers pay there salaries but yet they don’t do there jobs. My son’s medical insurance was canceled due to some kind of renewal that we did not get because we have moved. We called to do a change of address, but no one answers the phone or calls you back, so they just decide to cancel your medical insurance. When I pay taxes, I feel like I’m getting ripped off.

Felisa Clark Kay is phenomenal. They have been doing my taxes for 4 years and the process has always been seamless. Her team is very professional.
