Cole Williams I was stranded on the side of a busy road in downtown Chattanooga and I called Starr Mathews Agency. I assumed that there was nothing they could do for me, however, I was frustrated and nothing more to do on my end besides get in touch with someone to come pick me up. I got on the phone with a very sweet lady and she conferenced called another company and she handled everything! I only had to say a couple words...
