Korendo Thomas Had a policy set up with one of there agents , Paid the money thinking that everything was ok and my business was insured . A couple of weeks later received a letter from Nationwide saying my policy was canceled . At no point did the rep or his office contact us to let us know whats going on and I left numerous calls with no answer , After calling corporate then someone picked up and gave me some story but still not good follow up from this company .

He listened to my requests and with-in no time I was provided with a quite via email. Where other companies took days to provide a quote or didnt show no interest, he did the complete opposite. Chrisv Brookins They are ridiculous. You pay your premium. Which they constantly lose or say they did receive and you screenshot it show proof that it was actually paid and came out to your bank account and then on top of thatThey get thousands of dollars a year no accident no issues no laps and then when you finally have an accident, they don’t want to pay out especially when your policy fully covers you or if they do pay out they make you wait excessive amount of time Which is ridiculous with that being said I will be following a formal complaint with a higher up. This is ridiculous. And this company will be reported
