Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

Ken Quick Ive been buying insurance for over 50 years, so Ive been a policyholder for several companies and have suffered introductory rates a few times along the way. (I/We also have a long claim-free history.) After receiving a great quote from Patrick Keplinger a few years ago, I switched all of my policies to American Family. My fears of first-year-prices never materialized and the rates have been fair and consistent for quite a while now. Every interaction has been surprisingly great and exactly what I wanted and needed. Even the cancelling of a policy due to a sale was handled wonderfully - with a larger-than-expected refund. Im glad I discovered Lee Dawkins American Family Insurance. You will be too.
