3 /5 Naimah Dennard: Unprofessional! To have an agent complain while Im simply trying to get properly quoted after thinking we were handled with getting coverage. To see how much something would be to be ADDED at that. This need to be addressed that the customer is not trying to inconvenience you but simply get something handled and be taken care of. Paying insurance is already a hassle but to make me out to feel bad for that was not customer service. Seemed like a nice lady but not the type of service to be expected, Please do better.

5 /5 Andy Doetsch: Jordan Brumbalow was wonderful. He was patient and worked tons of numbers and scenarios for us. As it turns out, State Farm Insurance will save us several hundred dollars over a year compared to AARP The Hartford with the home/auto bundle…who knew?! Highly recommended!
