She is amazing and you can tell she truly cares about her customers, unlike some insurance companies I have had before. She goes out of her way to help anyway she can. The best customer service I have ever had at an insurance company. I would not go anywhere else. The office is so nice and has snacks and small gifts. You can handle all of the business on the phone though, and never even have to go in. I cant say enough good things about this State Farm location. They are the ones you want and their pricing is very competitive. Top tier!!

Jonathon Duke Used Roberts Tax Service for one year. My federal tax return was filed incorrectly and my state tax return wasnt filed at all. Just discovered this information after getting a letter in the mail 5 years later from GA department of revenue. I usually dont post stuff like this, but I do feel people need to be warned. I called them to see if we could fix the issue and they cannot even locate my file and didnt seem to be concerned at all with my issue.
