Jasmine Stallworth Mason I wouldn’t recommend them. Horrible customer service. April Stickney is who I always speak with in regards to my account and making payments and she is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She makes smart comments and rude remarks that someone in the business of serving customers shouldn’t be in. You would think my payments are made directly to her the way she’s so rude and demanding and argumentative. I have to go back and forth with her EVERY time I call in. I was so fed up the last time after speaking with her I requested a supervisor and drove to the building just to make my payment so I didn’t have to talk to her on the phone because she really had me wanting to get out of character the way she talks to people. I don’t see how she has a job honestly. Very NASTY AND RUDE! I should have never done business with these people. I would NEVER recommend to anyone.

Matt McCall Ive been with First Commerce since I came back to Georgia, and up until they moved to the new location I really liked the service. Since they moved everything has went to computer. Yes I mean computer as there is only one in the middle of the room which theres usually a long line, so be ready to wait for long periods of time. Before the changes they were a great bank, but now its not worth it. Youre better off going to another bank or putting your money in a jar on a shelf.
