1 /5 Kristy Stephens: Awful experience. Sat down to start doing taxes mentioned to the preparer that my mortgage tax statements are digital and I can forward to her. She said to my face you know we need people to really start printing their things and bringing them in since we have to scan them. I informed her I wasn’t aware that documents needed to be printed. She made a loud sigh like she wasn’t with it. So I got up and told her I will have them done elsewhere then. She then said no no we can still Do them. No thanks. I appreciate good customer service and this wasn’t it! Made appointment with HR Block. I will never use Jackson Hewitt especially in Eatonton, Ga

1 /5 Johnny Lynch: I had two appointments made. The system made one for a day they was not open and I waited a hour. And I had a appointment for today for 11am and once again no one showed. I left at 11:30. I will take my taxes to H&R block from here on out.

1 /5 Jose Caballero: I scheduled an appointment online for Jan 30 at 4:00 pm. I arrive 5 minutes prior to my appointment but I was unable to file my tax return because the only individual that was authorized to file the returns was not on hand and would not be available until 5:00. I was informed that they had another person schedule to come in and file returns at 5:15, so it was probably going to be impossible for me to file my returns as I had planned. So when i call corporate and they informed me that there were no other appointments scheduled online for this location. I have been filing with Jackson Hewitt for many years and in many different states and this is the first time anything like this has happened. I really hope this doesnt happen to anyone else in the near future.

5 /5 Taquris Adams: My tax preparer, Chequita, was very polite and efficient. She completed my taxes in a timely manner and offered suggestions for next years filing. She also offered products and services including a JH account.

1 /5 Elizabeth Caballero: Horrible location..in my 16 years with the military I have always filed with JH but the location lost my business. I made a appt online and showed up 15min early to be told they didnt take online appts. That I needed to called the location. The only person there informed us she could not do them and that they already had appts starting at 5pm till close. The young lady there was very rude and had a bad attitude.
