Scott and Kara were incredibly responsive, attentive, and kind. They patiently answered all of my questions with professionalism, treating me with genuine care and respect throughout the entire process. Special thanks also to John, the mechanic who performed the cooling system flush on my car. He was extremely thorough, attentive, and did an excellent job. We had an exceptional experience at Shottenkirk Ford Jasper, and me and my husband were happy to walk away with our Outer Banks Bronco at the price we wanted. From the jump our salesman Randy greeted us with a welcoming attitude and made it clear he would make sure we left with the vehicle we had in mind, and would do anything he could to make it happen. Apart from Randy, the whole team at Shottenkirk including the sales manager Eddie and finance manager Pete made this process as smooth as can be.
