5 /5 Dolores Maylone: The whole reason we repeatedly go to Jackson Hewitt in East Ellijay, Ga. Is their employee, Rachel, who works at the location next to Walgreens. She has repeatedly gotten us the greatest refund. She is most knowledgeable, pleasantly professional and efficient. I sincerely hope the company will keep her, and keep her in this nice, quiet location. If not, who knows.
