Jane Barnes On a recent trip to Savannah, I shopped in this unique boutique. The staff was unbelievably helpful and I could have purchased way more than I did. I took my neatly wrapped package and hurried off for my carriage ride. We enjoyed our brief but lovely morning and hurried back to our hotel with barely enough time to get ready for the wedding we were attending. I opened the package to take out the wrap that I had purchased to wear on the chilly evening only to find out that a different wrap had been placed in my bag. I called the shop owner, and explained what had happened. With 45 minutes left before departure for the wedding, I really didnt know what could be done. The owner was so gracious and apologetic. She asked me where I was staying (which was 30 minutes from downtown Savannah. She then told me she would deliver the correct wrap to my hotel and it would be there before I had to leave for the wedding. Now that folks is what I call customer service above and beyond any I had ever experienced! I have told everyone I have seen about this. To the owner, I wish to express my sincere thanks. She was gracious and entirely generous in her service to this North Carolina lady, who she might never see again. I highly recommend that when you visit Savannah that you visit this shop and spend lots of your money there! This was 10 star service!!!

Lauren .Rives Wow, I was really blown away with the amazing service I received today! I walked in just wondering if they’d be able to help me with a watch battery that I just got replaced a week ago at Kay Jewelers. The watch wasn’t keeping the correct time. They didn’t hesitate to take it behind the counter and take a look at it for me. They replaced the battery free of charge! Jim and David were very kind, patient, and helpful with my issue. They took their time to assist me. They did say that if the battery still doesn’t work that there may be an issue with the watch itself. But it works great now! While I was waiting for the watch to be finished, Dianne asked if I needed anything. I showed her my tarnished silver bangles she offered to clean them for me She brought them back sparkling and gave me great advice on how to clean and store the bangles. Very lovely lady! Excellent customer service! This family owned jewelry store went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

Crystal Khalil I had a wonderful experience at this jewelry repair store! Joseph was incredibly kind, warm, and professional—he greeted me with a genuine smile and made the whole visit feel special. I came in to repair a few pieces, ended up purchasing a beautiful necklace, and even sold some old jewelry. Joseph was fair, honest, and made sure I felt good about every transaction. Exceptional service like this is rare. Highly recommend!

Marti Lynette Riz was great! Me and my two friends came in for a piercing and he helped us pick one out! He was super helpful and he dealt with us being silly and giggling!

Waldrep Rebecca (Becky) Legacy Diamond Jewelers are very professional and personable. They took time to listen and answer my questions so that I felt comfortable leaving my jewelry with them. My jewelry was cleaned and inspected to make sure that prongs and closers were secure. I was amazed how bright and sparkling my jewelry could be. They also inspected my gold watches and replaced batteries. The watches look great and run like new. I would highly recommend Legacy Diamond Jewelry to anyone who wants great personalized service.

All USA made products and the pricing is phenomenal. Not many are like that these days. I cant wait to go back and get more.
