I called and emailed many times for Shannon Daniel and every time, she was super helpful and always quick to respond. This is the best insurance company around with great service and super prices.

1 /5 John: I called last Thursday (12/5/2024) and had to leave a answering machine message after having damage to my truck. Today (12/9/2024) Jennifer returned my call. When I told her that I had prompt response from Progressive after no timely response from Greenway, she curtly said "Well Then, Have A Nice Day"! My wife and I have had coverage through this agency for approx 30 years. We Will be changing to someone that appreciates our business and loyalty!
