1 /5 John: I called last Thursday (12/5/2024) and had to leave a answering machine message after having damage to my truck. Today (12/9/2024) Jennifer returned my call. When I told her that I had prompt response from Progressive after no timely response from Greenway, she curtly said "Well Then, Have A Nice Day"!
My wife and I have had coverage through this agency for approx 30 years. We Will be changing to someone that appreciates our business and loyalty!
