Mark Sands As far as most insurance companies go, ths is a local office that has very good service. On occasions it may take a while to get in to see your agent. But the ladies at the front desk make the time spent waiting at least somewhat bearable.

Dan Henak Filkins Colbert insurance is definitely the best insurance agency in all of Atlanta. In my opinion. Ive been doing business with them for the last 15 years and been very pleased. They carry a number of my insurance policy and private policies and Ive always been out there taking care of my best interest they review my policies yearly to make sure that I have the proper coverage I needI would not recommend anybody other than FILKINSs culvert for your insurance needs their top-notch and Ive been with them for the last 15 years and never had a problem. Darius Smith The GreenBriar location was no help at all they system is down and couldnt process payment basically told me my policy canceled cause they tried to take the money out and it wasnt in there (They Draft at 12:01 who jobs pays the at 12:01 in the Am dont worry Ill wait)they I can take my business somewhere else and get another quote (mind you Im your customer trying to pay you the money) was no Help at all and the Gainesville Ga location hung up in my face still waiting on that call back to the only reason they getting 2 stars is because I called two locations with piss poor customer service.....
